Fly a tandem paraglider over Tenerife’s south coast with a qualified pilot. No experience needed.

A tandem flight, sitting in front of a qualified pilot who does everything: you only have to take a few steps at take-off and enjoy it. The classic flight takes off from Taucho, above Adeje, at 800 metres, and lands by the sea after 15 to 20 minutes in the air. If you want more, choose the long flight, the acrobatic one with turns and spirals, the one from Ifonche over the Barranco del Infierno or the big flight from Teide, at 2,300 metres, lasting up to 45 minutes. There is also paratrike, a motorised paraglider, and hike & fly, which combines a hike and a flight. Almost all include pick-up from hotels in the south.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to do anything?

Just take a few running steps at take-off and lift your legs when landing. The pilot takes care of everything else.

Is there a weight or age limit?

Usually from 25-30 to 100 kg. Children can fly from age 5 or 6. Tell us the weight and age when you send the request and we will confirm with the company.

What should I wear?

Long trousers, closed trainers and a light jacket: it is cooler up there than on the beach.

Can I get photos and video?

Yes. The pilot films with a GoPro; depending on the company, the photos are included or bought separately after landing.

What if the weather is bad?

Flights only go ahead in safe conditions. If the wind is not right, the flight moves to another day at no cost.
