Unwind with a full spa circuit at one of the hotel spas in the south of Tenerife: a hydrotherapy pool with jets, sauna, steam bath, cold plunge and heated loungers, in a set order over about two hours.

You do not need to stay at the hotel: the circuits we book are open to outside guests with a reserved time. Places are limited, so it stays calm even in high season.

Includes towel, bathrobe and slippers; just bring swimwear and flip-flops, and a swimming cap is sometimes required. The minimum age is usually 16 or 18 depending on the spa, as it is meant as a quiet adult space; we confirm before booking.
