Go tandem paragliding in Tenerife, sitting in front of a certified pilot who does everything: you just take a few running steps at take-off and lift your legs to land. No experience needed.
The classic tandem flight takes off from Taucho, above Adeje, at 800 metres and lands by the sea after 15 to 20 minutes in the air. If you want more, choose the long flight, the acrobatic flight with turns and spirals, the Ifonche flight over the Barranco del Infierno or the big flight from Teide (Izaña) at 2,300 metres, up to 45 minutes. There is also paratrike, a motorised paraglider, and hike & fly, which combines a walk and a flight.
Includes pilot, flight gear, helmet and insurance, and most include pick-up from your hotel in the south. The pilot films with a GoPro. Usually from 25-30 to 100 kg and from age 5 or 6. If the wind is not right, the flight moves to another day at no cost.
